Kunal Kundu is a self-taught artist from India. After graduating in Visual Communication from the National Institute of Design (NID), India’s premier design school, he dabbled a bit in Animation Film Design and Graphic Design before choosing Illustration as his chosen profession. Like most children, Kunal began drawing as early as he can remember. Only thing is that he can afford to continue doing so in his adult life. Apart from drawing, Kunal likes to watch movies, listen to music, eat good food, daydream, sleep and gets drawn to anything which is creative. For Kunal success or personal ambition is best described as a paraphrase of the Bob Dylan quote…… “A man is a success if he gets up in the morning and goes to bed at night and in between does what he wants to do.” Kunal wants to be this ‘man’!
